- Support and assist the sales department in processing sales order for contractor route
- Prepare needed documents for sales order processing such as confirmation of purchase order (CPO), request delivery form (RDF) and other attachments.
- Facilitate encoding of sales orders through SAP.
- Route sales documents for approval
- Facilitate requests for fabrication based on dealer’s requirements.
- Monitor pick-up and delivery units
- Update and file sales records.- Update backlog report.
- Monitor tempo warehouse units.
- Monitor and secure files of the approved Authorization to do Business (ADB)
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 1 to 2 year experience in sales
- Willing to be assigned in Canlubang
- Willing to start ASAP
